Custom Orders

Our custom cakes require a minimum of 14 day's notice. This is due to the amount of work that goes into creating custom orders.

Emailing & Quotes

When emailing a request or quote please be sure to indicate the delivery or pick up date and time, as well as number of servings you desire.


When placing an order there is a 50% non-refundable deposit required for all orders. The remaining balance is due Two days before pickup or Delivery. Deposits placed within 14 days before the established date will be considered rush orders and subject to a $60 rush fee.

Rush Fee

Any Orders placed within 14 days of the desired due date are considered rush orders. All Rush Orders require a $60 rush fee. This fee does not go towards the remaining balance of your order.

Cake Tastings

Cake tastings are designed to accommodate two guests with up to 4 selected flavors. There is a $40 fee for cake tastings, any additional guests require a $30 accommodation fee.

Pick Up Policy

If pick up is desired, you will be given a pickup time window and your cake must be picked up within that window. If you need to change your pickup time, we require a 24-hour notice.

Delivery & Set Up Policy

Delivery Fees vary upon distance traveled. Delivery is $25 within 5 miles of our location with $1 for each additional mile. Our set up fee is $30 or 20% of your orders total for orders $200 or more.

Delivery and setup fees are included in the total invoice. We are not responsible for any damage to the cake after setup is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake(s). Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table, and optimal room temperature of 70 degrees or below.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the event location is open and available for set up at the appointed time. Should we have to wait at the site for the event location to be opened, you will be billed for the time at a rate of $25 per 15 minutes that must be paid before the setup of your cake.

Outside Events

Any cake placed outside during an event has the possibility of melting or deforming due to the heat. We are not responsible for cakes that are damaged due to venue. Order Changes Changing an order will be considered up to 7 days before the event. We are unable to guarantee changes for custom orders that are fewer than the 7 days’ notice. Any changes or revisions granted before the due date may incur a revision fee of $30 or 20% of your order for orders $200 or more.


To cancel a custom order, we require a minimum of 7 days. All deposits are non-refundable upon cancellation; however, the deposit can be transferred to a different date upon approval. Any design or theme changes made will be subject to a $30 revision fee or 30% of your order for orders $200 or more.


You are responsible for transporting your cake and/or treats. We are not responsible or liable for orders once they leave our premises. Cakes are fragile and can be damaged if transported incorrectly or kept under extreme weather conditions. Place cakes on the flat floorboard of the car/vehicle. Cakes should NEVER be placed on seats or in trunks.


On occasion, we will photograph our cakes, and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.

Allergen Notice

Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.
